The staff at what was Special Cars Luton have always been excellent but the new owners, Sytner have managed to erode away 20+ years of loyalty. Final straw was taking away the option to simply pay my bill over the phone.

The service manager, im sorry I didn't get the ladies name, was excellent. The waiting area is perfect with good refreshments. The car video helpful and it came back clean, very nice.

I had an urgent issue with the window stuck half way. I dropped in and within 48hrs the issue had been fixed. Tracey was particularly helpful.

The service team at the branch were very good. The call centre team not so good. Every time they get something wrong, which affects the price. This time went from £518 to £1080, even though the call centre listed all the same work.

I am very dissatisfied with my experience with my MOT booked in before 22 September 2024. This is an experience with center in Leicester and the Luton branch doesn't coordinate which caused me a lot of problems because of a lack of coordination.

Only disappointment was I booked a brake fluid service . On check in online an engine oil service AND a microfilter service had been added by "the system".I needed to ask Tracy on arrival to remove those additional 2 items .

This was a recall visit. In addition to establishing if my car was affected, a complimentary safety check was carried out, plus the car was washed and cleaned. All while we enjoyed a coffee and a biscuit. Must also compliment BMW for cleanliness.

3rd time in a year car has had to go in, 1st time excellent, 2nd time not so good and 3rd time car was in for 2 days, wrong part was sent, if had been the supplier making mistake it should have been priority to get correct part asap same day

The recall and vehicle check was fine however felt confused as to why the hand over after the work carried out wasn't returned clean! Almost felt as if the mechanic had washed it himself with his oily and dirty rags from perhaps an oil change.??

Lack of capability to collect my car from my home for repairs. Also disappointed that I had to take a 30 min taxi ride to collect the vehicle when it had been delivered to you via recovery. Staff were friendly though. Excessive price for repairs.

Very happy with my customer service experience. I was looked after by Louis and he was very plesent and kept me in the loop regarding my car. Car took a little longer then expected but was worth the wait and I came away with a bag of goodies.

Catalogue of errors, mistakes, disorganised and unprofessional technical and service team. After spending thousands of pounds, half a dozen of wasted trips to service center and being inconvenienced they still could not finish jobs they have charged.

At drop off informed the interim service I had booked needed to be a full service. Should have been informed in advance of this.The cost was way in excess of the same service at an independent.
