On this occasion I was very pleased particularly with the interface from Nicki and Rebecca. The reason it's not 5 is problems in the past (last year) with this vehicle. Earlier this year we had good service on our Mini when parts were not available

Receptionist asked me if I was still waiting and went looking for the person that I was assigned to. When I finally was seen there was no attempt at apology or an explanation for the length of wait. This wait made me late to pick up my child.

I was very happy with Graham cairns who called me everyday and actually understood the issue. I have used Sytner many times before and the usual process is to charge me for lots of things. The issue I had was software, nothing I have done

I have been advised to buy some parking sensor wich didn't resolved my issue . They installed and charged me 250£ for a sensor wich didn't solved my problem. I had to wait 1 full day without car to be installed and after 1 hour again to remove it .

This was the first time where the dealer made me feel a valued customer. The lady who greeted me even made a cup of coffee and brought to me. Everyone i spoke was extremely customer focused and wanted to do their best for me.

Good communication from the service manager throughout the process. One gripe, I have visited on 3 occasions including when I bought the car, and on all occasions I was slightly disappointed with the standard of cleaning ie oilmarks on handles etc.

It was an all day service but I assumed it was a slot as I booked for an urgent MOT as I would be out of the country when it expired . It was explained that it was an all day booking . A slot was found and I was pleased left in good time . Grateful

As I said, I expected them to do the full service because I paid. Ultimately, it was about changing the two front daytime running lights. But the mechanics/electricians didn't have time. I was disgusted. The services that BMW had in poor.
