Was very informative lots of options, explained how to plug in and out also gave a good handover and start to getting used to the new car. Only downside was there was an imperfection which was acquired on site, Tony how's already got on to it.

Excellent he was happy to arrange delivery at my convenience to allow me to sort my finances out. Again it didn't feel like a pressured hard sell ,so I was comfortable with the transaction ,especially as it was more expensive than intended initially.

Rebecca is very good to deal with - friendly and efficient. Online check in works well and being able to track your vehicle's progress and watch the engineer's video is all very helpful.

Was very happy with everything apart from the fact that you offered to wash and valet the car for free and the car was washed on the outside but inside was dirty, there was some mud in the driver side and not vacuumed etc Unexpected it to be clean

When scheduling the appointment for the recall, I was offered a complimentary vehicle health check, which I gladly accepted. As a woman on my own, it gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe and roadworthy. Also had a car wash.

I have asked when I was making the booking to have a mechanic to come out and check the issue as it was only noticeable when the car is fully warmed up. Had to wait a little but managed to see the technician in person, and talk thru the issue.
